Shipping Policy for VisionZofaZeta

 

1. Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may take additional time. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options to best suit your needs. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur, and VisionzofaZeta is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Local pick-ups are available

Standard Shipping is $10

Local drop-off is $10

Express Shipping is $15

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Issues: Damaged or Missing Packages

VisionzofaZeta is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Exchanges

Although refunds are not available, we are happy to offer exchanges for items that do not fit properly.
